After the action film Madurai Sambhavam, director Yurekha is directing another action film titled Perambalur Jeeva

M S Bhaskar who has done comedy and character roles has completed 75 film in a short span of time.

Priyamani is now more interested in acting in Hindi films after acting in Manirathnam film Raavana.

K Stephen who had worked as an assistant with A Venkatesh in more than 13 films is now directing a film titled Marghazhi 16. This film was originally titled December 31 but because of the tax rebate this film was re-titled as Marghazhi 16.

Lekha Washington who did the negative role in the film Jayam Kondan is doing the female lead role in a Hindi film. She is pairing with Rajiv Khan Dilwale.

Kanika had acted in the film Pazhassi Raja after her marriage. Now she is in cloud nine because she is getting lot of new offers.

Choreographer Kalyan is donning the villain role in the film Katradhu Kalavu.
