Vijay Anthony says that he will not compose music for kuthu songs

Vijay AnthonyMusic composer Vijay Anthony became very popular through the kuthu song Naaku Muuku. Now he has decided not to compose music for kuthu songs. Vijay Anthony while speaking about this said, "I am a person who always feels that there should be changes.

Last year I decided not to compose music for remix songs. Now I will be avoiding composing music for kuthu songs. But music which is called fast numbers will not come in this category. Though these kuthu songs might give temporary happiness, this also should not become my identity. Only melody songs will linger in the minds of the people.

The example for this is the melody songs like Nenjakootil, Aval Appadi Ondrum Azhagu Illai and Azhagai Poothadhe composed by me. I am also going to try a different type of melodies. I have now composed such a song for the film Veddi. The song is Ippadi Mazhai Adithal. The lyric for this song is penned by Na Muthukumar."
