Samantha comes back to Kollywood

SamanthaSamantha Ruth Prabhu made her Entry in the Tamil film industry through the film ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya’, which was directed by Gautham Menon. From then, there is no looking back for her.

Samantha became a busy bee in Tollywood. After a considerable gap, she makes a re-entry in Kollywood. She will be seen in the Tamil movie ‘Naan Ee’, which is made by S.S.Rajamouli. Telugu moviemaker S.S.Rajamouli makes his entry in Tamil, through this movie. ‘Veppam’ fame Nani is the hero of this film.

Samantha visited Chennai for the Promo of a film. During this promotion, she was quizzed this re-entry in Tamil. For that, Samantha said that, "It is a refreshing role! The villain kills my lover. He is reborn as Ee (housefly) but recalls what happened to him in his last birth. How I help him take revenge forms the rest of the story."

Rajamouli was asked as to why, he is making a Superhero film with a fly (Ee) as the main lead. The ‘Magadheera’ fame director replied, "The experimental script was narrated to me by my dad. Graphics was not so popular then. Now, with the state-of-the-art technology it has become possible."
